The proposal is about the urban design of the island Zorrozaurre which is part of the industrial zone of the city of Bilbao. The design aims to create a mixed program of urban uses. Four different areas regarding four themes of strategic decisions created a complex multilayered diagram which constituted the generator for the organization of movements, uses, forms and events on the island. The themes that created the basic layers of the master plan were: Rational, artificial, festive, gradual.
