The main aim of the design consists in the maintenance of the region’s character, through the construction of a low building, of about 8,5 m. height. The studios are built in a row in order for each apartment to preserve autonomy. The architectural proposal, exhausting the exploitation at space, aims to create free spaces with big height in very small apartments (28 m2.), reversing the sense of “incarceration”, which usually characterizes the conventional apartments at the urban blocks of flats.
